Hawksbill sea turtles are very important to our environment. One interesting fact is that they eat sea sponges unlike jellyfish and sea grass. Right now Hawksbill sea turtles are critically endangered that means there are almost extinct. You can find Hawksbills in coral reefs in the tropics, in tropical rocky areas and in shallow coastal areas. People kill these turtles for their shell, meat and their eggs. Hawksbill's shells are used to make hair clips and fancy antique furniture. The reason people like the Hawksbills shell is because there is over lapping plates that have a brown and peach color that is on the shell. Their eggs are used in many local food throughout the the globe, especially in Asia....

Tiger Sharks are often killed for different reasons, some for their fins,teeth, jaws and other body parts. Finning is the worst threat because, they cut off the the fins and let the the shark die in the water. 200,000 sharks are killed each day and about 73 million sharks are killed each year.
